Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for credentials, activity under your account, and maintaining appropriate access for workspace members.

You may connect and scan only repositories, applications, domains, and environments that you own or are expressly authorized to test. You authorize VibeZero and its providers to access connected repositories read-only, send safe checks to submitted targets, process results, and create reports and remediation tasks for your use.

Do not use VibeZero to scan third-party systems without permission, target private or internal networks, disrupt services, evade security controls, distribute malware, violate law, or attempt destructive exploitation. We may restrict or suspend activity that creates security, legal, or operational risk.

This applies to the free scanner at vibezero.io/scan even though it needs no account: by submitting an address you confirm you own that site or are authorized to test it. The scan itself is passive and is described on our Trust Center, but authorization is yours to hold, not ours to assume. We rate-limit per target and will block addresses on request from the site's owner.

Available plans, scan allowances, and prices are shown on the product and at checkout. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew according to the checkout terms until canceled. Taxes and plan-specific billing terms may apply. The Free plan's scans are a one-time grant that does not renew, as described on the site.

You retain ownership of your repositories, applications, and customer content. VibeZero and its licensors retain ownership of the service, scanners, workflows, designs, and generated product framework. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the service. Feedback may be used to improve VibeZero without an obligation to compensate you.

Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public information received from the other and will use it only to provide or use the service, except where disclosure is authorized or legally required.

VibeZero is a release-readiness aid, not a guarantee that software is secure, compliant, or free of vulnerabilities. Results depend on the code, configuration, environment, permissions, and target available at scan time. You remain responsible for release decisions, remediation review, backups, incident response, and professional advice appropriate to your risk.

The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeZero is provided without implied warranties and VibeZero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, nonpayment, or material security risk. We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
